Getting started

How do I generate a brand?

Open the app, tap Create, enter your brand name, category, audience, and vibe, then tap Generate Brand System. The first generation takes 15 to 30 seconds.

Do I need to subscribe to use the app?

Yes, subscription unlocks the Brand Engine. There is a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings, your Apple ID, Subscriptions.

What does the subscription include?

The full Brand Engine: Strategy, Voice, Visual Identity, Copy, Audience Psychology, Multilingual outputs. No locked modules.

Account

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings, Delete Account. Or email support@iconiqx.app and we handle it within 30 days.

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen. We send a reset email.

Can I export my brand?

Yes. Open any brand in your Library, tap Export, choose One-Pager or full pack.

Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS Settings, your Apple ID, Subscriptions, ICONIQX, Cancel.

Will I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

I was charged but the app says my subscription is inactive.

Reopen the app and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. If that does not work, email support@iconiqx.app with your Apple ID email and a screenshot.

Technical

The app is stuck or crashed.

Force-close (swipe up on the app in the multitasker) and reopen. If that does not fix it, restart your device. If it still happens, email us with the iOS version and the screen you were on.

A generation failed or returned an error.

Try the same generation again, it is usually a temporary upstream hiccup. If it persists for the same input, email us with your inputs.

I want to request a feature.

Email support@iconiqx.app with the subject "Feature request". We read everything.
