Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
ICONIQX ("the App", "we", "us") is operated by Joshua Betancur ("the Operator"). For privacy questions, email support@iconiqx.app.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to operate the App and improve the product.
a) Account data. Email address (sign-in and account recovery), a unique user ID assigned at sign-up.
b) Subscription data. Apple receipt and entitlement state, processed via RevenueCat. We do not see card numbers or banking details. Apple handles all payment processing.
c) Usage data. Anonymized product interaction events (which screens you open, which generations you run, success/failure of operations) used to improve the App. Crash and performance diagnostics from Apple App Analytics.
d) Inputs you provide. Brand name, category, audience, vibe, and any text you provide for generation. These inputs are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) via secure HTTPS to produce outputs. Inputs are not used to train any third-party model when sent through provider business-tier APIs, which is how ICONIQX uses them.
3. What we do NOT collect
Health data, location data, contacts, photos, browsing history, sensitive identifiers, biometric data.
4. How we use it
- Run brand generations.
- Maintain your account, history, and saved brands.
- Improve product reliability and quality.
- Communicate with you about your account or material product changes.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
5. Service providers
ICONIQX uses these subprocessors:
- Apple, App Store distribution, in-app purchases, App Analytics.
- RevenueCat, subscription state management.
- Firebase (Google), authentication, anonymous usage analytics, data storage.
- Anthropic, AI-powered generation.
- OpenAI, AI-powered generation.
Each operates under their own privacy policy and processes data only to provide the contracted service.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, others), you may request access, deletion, export, or object to certain processing. Email support@iconiqx.app and we respond within 30 days.
7. Children
ICONIQX is rated 4+ but is not directed at children. If we learn we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we delete it.
8. Data retention
Account data kept while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request. Generated brand outputs kept while you have an active account so you can revisit them. Diagnostics aggregated and retained per Apple's defaults (typically up to 365 days).
9. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat customer data like our own.
10. International transfers
ICONIQX is operated from the United States. Data may be processed in the US and other countries where our subprocessors operate.
11. Changes
We post the updated policy here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes trigger an in-app notice.
